• My ad does not appear on CheapCar, what should I do?

  • Reason 1: Your ad has not been Validated or Activated.
    • Go to your Email Inbox you used to post your ad.
    • Find the email sent by CheapCar, click on the link provided to validate the ad.
    • If you cannot find it, go to your email Spam/Junk folder to find the email.
    • If you still cannot find it, you probably have used a wrong email address to post your ad.
    • Or you can login with the same email you posted your ads,
      
      • go to Manage My Ads
      • Choose an ad, click on Activate Ad.
      • If you do not have an account, just register one for FREE!
  • Reason 2: Your ad has been validated or activated, but...
    • Wait for at least 2 hours for the ad to be appeared to the public.

• How can I Delete my ads?

  • Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Manage My Ads
  • Choose an ad, click on Deactivate Ad.
  • After deactivation, your ad will not be available for the public viewing.
  • If you do not have an account, just register one for FREE!

• How can I Edit my ads?

  • Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Manage My Ads
  • Choose an ad, click on Edit Ad.
  • If you do not have an account, just register one for FREE!

• How can I Add more photos to my ads?

  • Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Manage My Ads
  • Choose an ad, click on Edit Ad.
  • You may add up to 10 photos per ad
  • click Update after adding your images
  • If you do not have an account, just register one for FREE!

• Can I "push up" my old ad to the top page again?

  • Yes, you can push up your ad after 7 days of publishing.
  • Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Manage My Ads
  • Find the old ad, click on Renew/Push Up.

• I want my phone no. to appear on all my ads

• • Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Manage My Ads
  • Click Account on the left panel
  • Fill in your phone number.
  • The phone number will appear in every item of your ads.

• How can I have a unique url at CheapCar?

• • A unique url will look like http://cheapcar.my/user/ads/company_xxx
  • Now your url looks like http://cheapcar.my/user/ads/123
  • First, Login with the same email you posted your ads.
  • After logging in, go to Change username
  • Type the name, and all your ads will be placed under your unique url.
